Rost CAMP

System design interview prep: most engineers lose the loop on one thing they can't see.

I run a timed system design mock, score it the way a real hiring loop does, and tell you what that thing was. In English or Ukrainian.

“You never sized the write path. That is the one that loses offers.”

An example, not a real candidate. Yours arrives in writing within a day of the session.

Two tracks

Pick the one that matches what you are facing. Both run one-to-one, in English or Ukrainian, at the same price.

Track A — AWS certification coaching

For engineers preparing for any AWS certification, Cloud Practitioner through Professional and Specialty.

  • A gap assessment against the official exam guide
  • A study plan built around the domains you are weakest in
  • Whiteboard drills on those domains
  • Exam-technique practice: timing, elimination, question traps

I hold all 14 active AWS certifications.

Track B — Architecture and system-design interview coaching

For candidates facing solutions-architect, cloud-engineer or senior-engineer loops.

  • A timed mock system-design or architecture interview
  • A written scorecard against the signals interviewers actually grade
  • Targeted follow-up drills on the weak signals

14 years of interviewing and hiring across EPAM and enterprise clients.

English or Ukrainian. Both tracks run in English or Ukrainian. Pick your language when you book — it changes nothing about the price or the content.

How a session works

  1. Step 1 of 3

    Book a slot

Pick an evening or weekend slot and tell me which track and which exam or role.

  2. Step 2 of 3

    The session

60 minutes live. Track A drills your weak domains; Track B is a timed mock interview.

  3. Step 3 of 3

    Written notes

You get notes and a scorecard afterwards, with what to work on before the next session.

Fees

Sessions are prepaid. Packs include async questions between sessions, so you are not saving up your questions for the next call.

What I don't take on

  • I do not work with companies covered by the non-compete clause of my employment contract, with their employees, or with any company in my employer's group.
  • I do not coach candidates for roles at my employer or any company in its group, and I do not discuss any employer's internal hiring process.
  • I do not use or share any material from my employer.

Questions

Which AWS certifications do you coach?

All of them, Cloud Practitioner through the Professional and Specialty exams. I hold all 14 active AWS certifications, so I have sat every exam currently in the catalogue.

Do you guarantee I will pass?

No. Nobody honestly can. I can tell you where you stand against the exam guide, what to study, and whether you are ready to book the exam. The result is still yours.

What is your refund policy?

Sessions are prepaid. If you are a consumer in the EU you can withdraw within 14 days and I refund any sessions you have not used. Used sessions are not refundable.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes, with at least 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours the session counts as used, because the slot cannot realistically be filled.

Can we work in Ukrainian?

Yes. Both tracks run in English or Ukrainian at the same price. Choose the language when you book.

Which system design prompts do you use in a mock?

Widely published ones, such as a URL shortener, a rate limiter or a news feed. I never use a question from any company's real interview loop.
