Terms and conditions

1. Who I am

Rostyslav Myronenko, trading as Rost CAMP, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

2. Independence from my employer

Rost CAMP is an independent practice, run outside my day job. My employment is mentioned only to explain why I work evenings and weekends. My employer is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this practice.

Nothing I deliver through Rost CAMP uses my employer's information, tools, equipment or materials, and all of it happens outside my working hours. Benchmarks come from public sources and from your own data. I do not work with my employer, with any company in its group, or with their competitors, suppliers and business partners. Colleagues from my employer or its group, and employees of its competitors, are not coaching or mentoring clients, and I do not coach candidates for roles at my employer or discuss any employer's internal hiring process.

3. Client exclusions

There are clients and situations I turn down, so that the independence above stays real rather than stated:

• —I do not work with my employer, with any company in its group, or with their competitors, suppliers and business partners.
• —I use no employer information, tools, equipment or materials, and I work only outside my working hours. All benchmarks come from public sources and your own data.
• —I do not coach or mentor colleagues from my employer or its group, and I do not coach candidates for roles there or discuss any employer's internal hiring process.
• —I do not coach or mentor employees of my employer's competitors.
• —I do not use or share any material from my employer.

4. Coaching and mentoring terms

• —Coaching sessions and session packs are prepaid.
• —Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. Inside 24 hours the session counts as used.
• —Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Within those 14 days I refund any sessions you have not used; used sessions are not refundable.
• —Mentoring is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. There is no notice period and no minimum term.
• —I do not guarantee that you will pass an exam or be offered a role. No honest coach can.
• —Sessions run in English or Ukrainian, at the same price. You choose the language when you book.
• —Session times are weekday evenings between 18:30 and 21:30 CET, and weekends.

5. Business engagement terms

• —Scope, deliverables, timeline and price are agreed in writing before any work starts.
• —Prices for business engagements are quoted excluding VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.
• —I invoice on delivery, with 14-day payment terms.
• —Access to your systems is agreed up front, starts read-only, and is scoped to the work.
• —Readiness and assessment deliverables are technical assessments of your cloud environment. They are not legal advice and they do not certify compliance with any regime. Engage qualified counsel for legal interpretation.

6. Intellectual property

All materials, templates, diagrams and reports I use or produce are created independently by Rost CAMP. They contain no third-party or employer information.

On payment you receive a perpetual licence to use the deliverables inside your own organisation, including with your auditors, investors and advisers. I keep ownership of the underlying templates and methods so I can reuse them with other clients.

7. Referral disclosure

If I recommend a third-party tool for which I receive a referral fee, I will tell you in writing before you buy.

8. Privacy

I keep as little personal data as I can, and I do not sell any of it.

Scheduling, payments and forms run on third-party services. When you book, pay or submit a form, that provider processes the data you enter under its own privacy policy: the scheduling provider receives your name, email and chosen slot; the payment provider receives your billing details, which I never see in full; the form provider receives whatever you type into the form.

Vercel Web Analytics counts visits in aggregate, with no cookies and no personal identifiers.

Google Analytics runs only if you accept it in the cookie bar. It then sets cookies and sends Google a pseudonymous client ID, the pages you view and your approximate location. Ad features are switched off. You can withdraw consent at any time under Cookie settings in the footer, which also deletes the cookies.

To see, correct or delete anything I hold about you, email rost@rostcamp.com and I will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
