Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for AWS Exam Prep courses I strive to provide high-quality preparation and understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel your enrollment. Please review my cancellation policy below: Cancellation Guidelines: Full Refund: Cancellations made within 2 weeks from the date of the first session of the course are eligible for a full refund. To receive a full refund, you must contact us within this 2-week period. Partial Refund: Cancellations made after the initial 2-week period but before the course is halfway completed may be eligible for a partial refund. The exact amount will be determined based on the proportion of the course completed. No refunds will be issued once the course is more than halfway completed. How to Cancel: To cancel your enrollment, please contact u\me via the website. Include your name, course title, start date and reason for cancellation. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment. Emergency Cancellations: I understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible and I will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend any sessions and have not provided a timely cancellation notice, the course fee will not be refunded.
